KakaoTalk is a comprehensive chat and messaging application which not only supports conversations on mobile phones, but this version is specifically for the Windows PC.
The program supports many different functions that you would find on other programs like Viber or MSN Messenger, but can also send text messages to cell phones. You may also compare KakaoTalk to WhatsApp if you install it on an iPhone or Android.
